Hotellet var rimeligt. Suiten var rigtigt fin. Vi boede på 11 etage. Der var noget trafik støj, men ved kl.23 tiden hjælp det, det startede så igen kl.6 om morgenen.

Excellent Hotel in Korat
First time to Thailand and was extremely impressed with hotel and service rendered. The hotel itself was excellent and the food at hotel’s restaurants were extremely good. I was booked for two different stays and by end of first was very much looking forward to coming back.

When we booked our room there were no options on the website to choose your room. We had stayed at the Kantary in Bangkok many times and the rooms were large with many options including queen beds and separate living area. When we arrived all they had was a single room with two beds and basically your typical hotel room. When asked if we could have a queen bed they said all they could do is shove the beds together which we ended up doing. I asked why we had no options on the room the receptionist said no because we booked through Expedia.

Room was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was a bit hard. All staff were friendly and efficient. Pool and hot tub were great. Dinner at the Grill was delicious and reasonably priced.

I felt swindled when checked in because staff gave me a room type that we did not book for. Only when we raised the issue then the staff changed us to the room that we had booked. It would seemed that the staff was trying to get us into a cheaper room without us being aware. This is robbery. The services require us to call in for everything. Internet service access is not readily available and we had to call for access instructions. No one told us about the access to Executive Lounge although we had paid for it. Concierge did not want to come to pick up our bags from the car and had to be specially requested. The room minibar only contained small bottled water (no sodas or other drinks or snacks). Our experience had been aweful.
