"Loved the location and communication we had with owner/staff. We would recommend having a TV in the apartment and a microwave. Other then that it was perfect."

"Check in was tricky as we received no information on how to get into home. Had to contact host upon arrival and wait for response. Parking was also challenging due to location on narrow street. Our stay was in winter with snow on ground. Walkway and steps to home were covered in thick ice making it nearly impossible to get to door. Beware of winter travel. Once inside, the home was cozy, clean and comfortable and we ultimately enjoyed our time there."

"The property owner did a great job with communicating. That was the primary strength. Outside of that, this was a disappointment. While the owner did warn us, entering the driveway was dodgy. Vehicles coming around a mostly blind corner is a safety issue (one that the homeowner cannot control, but still worth mention). The unit is small as expected. We did not use the kitchen other than the microwave and for a cup of coffee. The unit is generally crowded and very tired. The ceiling is low, but...

"What a great property and Owner to work with. Place was above and beyond what we thought it was going to be. Pictures didn't do it justice. George was awesome to work with and was very responsive to questions and requests. Look forward to the day we can return!"

"If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid."
