Salty Air Retreat by the beach

Location is key and this condo is close to everything. Just 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the beach.
Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves, Grand Prix racing, Wax Museum, mini golf, tons of restaurants and activities are all within a 5 minute drive.
Also close to some of the best golfing courses in Myrtle Beach.

Large comfortable living area full of windows and natural light. big TVs, a wide full kitchen and a spacious first floor balcony facing the pool.

Cute living space with comfy and inviting beach decor. Clean and very comfortable. Living room has a large smart TV, cabinet with lots of reading material and games, and is very open and spacious.

Master bedroom has a King bed with super comfy mattress, cute beachy decor, smart TV, walk in closet and private full bath.
Second bedroom has two twin beds, A work desk with monitor, Surfs up decor and an attached full bathroom that’s also accessible from the living room.

Spacious first floor balcony, open to fresh cut grass, manicured lawns and the pool. The pool so close! It`s right by the balcony.

No one likes to lug a bunch of beach supplies or buy them, only to have to leave them behind when you fly home. I supply all your, high-quality, beach needs.
* 4 beach chairs, umbrella, anchor, cooler, 2 boogie boards, beach mat, beach towels and a few other beach items are supplied for your use.


Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and equipment.

I provide paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies and rags.
I’ve also provided some basic cooking essentials like spices, spray oil, flour and other small items to make cooking more convenient.
Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper in the bathroom.

For your safety a fire extinguisher is found under the kitchen sink.
Also supplied: first aid kit, flashlight, scissors and hand sanitizer.

Age restriction’s:
I do not have an age restriction.

I`m always updating my Guidebooks. I have ones for kids, pets, restaurants, nightlife, golf and I update them frequently. So, if you wanna hear it from a local, go check them out.

The entire condo and balcony are yours to use

Turn the knob after you put in code to unlock.
To lock: press “Schlage” turn knob to lock and give it a second.
You will notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera and is there for safety. There are no other cameras in the condo.

THERE IS A STICK ON THE PATIO DOOR.
It’s just for security. the door won’t open unless you remove the stick.
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 4 maximum guests
$100 replacement fee if pool fob is lost
Each Pool bracelet is $50 fee to replace
AT CHECK OUT:
1. Place used towels in a pile
2. All dishes should be washed or placed in dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before leaving.
3. Remove all open food from fridge
*It`s a shame to waste, so if you have unopened items you don`t want to take, you may leave them for the guest
4. Throw out all trash
Double check that the door is closed and locked when departing.
