Ocean front Sand Castle resort.

*condo is on the 5th floor.

*Beach access

* outdoor pools, hot tub, indoor pool, lazy river, all that in the center of Myrtle Beach. *Located on Ocean blvd. close to all main attractions, restaurants and bars.

***Pools will be reopen on April 1st***



The Space:

*Studio condo

*2 double beds

*1 kitchenette (for preparing light meals)

* 1 bathroom

* balcony with full ocean view.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor and indoor pools available

*parking available with parking pass

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Coin operated laundry room available on the lobby level.

*Gym located on lobby level.



Other Things to Note:

*condo is on 5th floor. children and infants are in parents responsibility.

*Only initial amount of toiletries to get you started and you should bring your own if extra needed.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

*The resort pool(s) and shared amenities are managed by the HOA, not by us. Occasionally, pools may be closed for maintenance, repairs, or weather-related safety.

We do not have control over these closures and cannot guarantee pool availability at all times. Refunds or discounts will not be provided due to temporary amenity closures outside of our control.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
