You will have access to the pool and there's two hot tubs next to the pool condo is equipped with a washer and dryer should you need it. We just ask if you could shake out the beach sand before washing it dose a number on the machine. besides the beach and shopping there a PGA level golf course directly across the street. Along with all that just a few minutes away there's also water slides, Go-kart racing and Pirate shows and other attractions for everyone. Depending on when you are coming down, check to see if something that you wanted to do is open. I believe everything is open by June. But pleases check. One last thing are condo had a 4.66 rating but since we took over as host we had to start over.

No surprises our condo is on the third floor, no elevator. Also they are doing some construction next door building single family homes. They usually finish up around around 3;45pm so by time you get back from the beach or shopping they should be done.
