There is also a tv as well as access to the balcony.

Living/dining area includes a Samsung 55inch QLED Smart tv with cable channels including HBO. You also have access to Samsung TV channels . The electric fireplace provides both ambience and warmth. There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals. The kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and glass tile backsplash. There is a keurig coffee maker and we supply some kcup pods including coffee and hot cocoa for those nights you want to enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show on cable or streaming. Games and puzzles are also included for a rainy day.

Beautiful new comfortable counter height chairs and table to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the balcony. The condo is located on the 5th floor, the perfect floor to enjoy the beautiful views but not too high up for those that do not like heights.

We have a beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, binoculars, and some coolers to enjoy on the short stroll to the beach.

There are many amenities to enjoy while staying here such as indoor and outdoor heated pool, lazy river, numerous hot tubs, nice lounging areas with loungers for sun bathing. There is a pool bar during the seasonal months. There is a fitness room for those who never want to miss a workout. Very nice oceanfront restaurant offering wonderful meals. In a hurry? Grab a coffee or quick breakfast snack at the lobby cafe. Walk to miniature golf and restaurants such as Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and the oceanfront Sea Captain's House.

We welcome dogs 20 pounds and less with a non-refundable 25.00 pet fee per night. No aggressive breeds per the HOA, Per HOA: Pets must be 20 pounds or less.permitted in select room types only. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted.
