Oceanfront - Caravelle Resort 11th Floor

Summary:
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.
Come enjoy this beautifully decorated, newly updated 1 bedroom (2 bed) unit with oceanfront views. This condo has been recently updated with new flooring, furniture, and beautiful beachy decor. This resort has an onsite restaurant, gift shop, ice cream parlor, gym, laundry, 7th floor has a sun deck, 2 lazy rivers, hot tub, pool and kids splash area.

The Space:
The Caravelle Resort is located in the "Golden Mile" area of Myrtle Beach, where you can enjoy looking at the million dollar homes, the palm tree lined streets and of course the beautiful ocean. You are further north from the main attractions in Myrtle Beach, such as the boardwalk, SkyWheel and Convention Center, but you can easily reach those attractions within minutes.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pool areas in addition to various amenities that Caravelle Resort offers. However the ocean is still the number one draw.

The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

The Neighborhood:
The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

This unit contains two double/full beds.
Our minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years old.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts are located in Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. Due to the keyless entry we will likely not meet our guests unless needed.
