    This great unit is located at the Landmark Resort

    * on the 7th floor

    *located right on the beach

    *indoors and Outdoors pool, hot tub

    *about 10 minutes Drive to all main attractions including Broadway at the Beach,

    Walmart, restaurants and stores in walking distance.



    The Space:

    *7th floor, studio

    *2 double beds

    *small kitchenette

    *Sheets and linens provided.

    *Free WiFi and cable TV available.

    *Pets are not allowed.

    *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

    *Towels are provided for showers only.



    Guest Access:

    *The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

    *1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.

    *This is a non-smoking facility.

    *No mailbox for this location.

    *Indoor and outdoor pool available.

    *Gym is available in the building

This is an ideal location in Myrtle Beach. Pools are amazing indoor and outdoor. Would highly recommend to families with children but not a lot of money.

Everything was great! The resort even locked our suitcases up in a room for us since we arrived prior to check in.

The room itself was reasonable for the price, and was very clean. It's also located right on the beach which was amazing to be able to just walk right down. Be wary while staying that the specific floor that the room is on reeks of smoke. The room itself is good about shielding the smell, but just use caution. Communication with the host was quite poor. The initial instructions were good, but when it came to asking questions after, the host was very short and unspecific. I was given no parking instructions and was given the code to the room before even receiving the room number. Overall, the room is decent, but communication was not great.

The room was a total disappointment. We did not stay there. Booked as a “condo”. It was a small room with 2 double beds. It was not ocean view. I spoke with the owner and told him we were not staying in this room and asked for a refund. He told us no. What we thought was going to be a great experience for 3 senior citizens turned into a disaster!!!! We drove 176 miles and paid over $500 for a a small room advertised at much less. We literally had no place to stay. We actually walked in the room and left. The owner told me that we had to pay a cleaning fee if we cancelled. Our ages are 78, 75 and 74 years old.
