Welcome to your Beach Condo. This property is located in quite community, just two blocks from the ocean, this 2 bedrooms 2 bath townhouse is decorated with charming beach accents throughout. The condo has 3 flatscreens TVs , two cable & one WIFi streaming. The Master suite includes a bath with 2 vanities and jacuzzi tub. In a addition, there is abundant closet & storage, tile in the wet areas and a washer & dryer. Spacious living room and dining area with fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
Close to Myrtle Beach International Airport , Market Commons , Myrtle Beach State Park, Shopping , Dining , Attractions and everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer. • You have to be 21 or older to book the place
• Up to 7 people are allowed to stay for the same price per night, If you have more than 7, you must pay $25 each guest per night. No more than 2 extra guests (Maximum Total of 9 guests)
• Please Tell me how many people are staying so We can put enough towels & comforters out • There is no daily housekeeping service. • SELF - CHECK IN . Guest have the whole unit to themselves , except the locked storage room for cleaning supplies. • 2 free parking spots available in the front , small trailer & Bikers/motorcycle are allowed
• Check in is at 4pm . If the condo is ready before 4pm I will let you know and you can check in early.
• This is a NON-SMOKING property! The owner has cigarette smoke allergies. Please Please DO NOT smoke ( including incense, vape, candles, etc) inside or on the balconies. $250 fine per day if you violate this rule. • Children must be supervised at all times. We will not be held responsible for any possible injuries so please be responsible.
• No Pets allowed in the property
