We tend to let our guests have peaceful enjoyment of their vacation. However, we are nearby and are here to ensure you have a great stay if you need us.
For stays longer than 29 nights you an expect us to set up an inspection and cleaning every 4 weeks. This also allows us to change the air filter for the HVAC.

THIS UNIT IS REGARDED AS ONE OF THE BEST CONDOS AVAILABLE (PENTHOUSE STYLE) AT AS IT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR SO NO ONE IS ABOVE YOU AND AN END UNIT SO ONLY ONE NEIGHBOR ON ONE SIDE.

LIVING AREA
Enjoy quality time with family and friends in the spacious living area just off of the kitchen and dining area. Here you will find a cozy place to relax while enjoying panoramic views of the 12th Hole. Sit down to a home cooked meal at the dining table for 4 and bar seating for 3 or out on the back deck overlooking the course. The deck faces West so the sunsets through the pines are amazing! Also enjoy an enormous 75" Smart TV for your favorite movies, shows and streaming.

KITCHEN
Overlooking the dining and living area, a fully stocked kitchen boasts all that you could want in order to wow your guests with your chef skills! Plenty of china, cutlery, glassware, and cookware to satisfy even the Thomas Keller in the bunch!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and ALL have EN-SUITE bathrooms. Two bedrooms have totally private bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom boasts a KING BED and en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms offer two FULL BEDS in one and a FULL BED and SOFA BED in the other.. Ample closet space for each bedroom and SMART TVS in each bedroom.
The master bath has an updated shower and quartz countertops with a DOUBLE sink and the other bathrooms have tubs.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Sip coffee on the balcony or enjoy a good meal while viewing the golf and the beautiful wildlife. The sunsets are amazing! Also feel free to cool off in the community pool in the warmer seasons! The pool area is just a few steps away.

It is recommended to have a car, or catching a cab, Uber or Lyft.

While the property is child friendly the property is not necessarily child or baby proofed. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required.

THE POOL IS SEASONALLY AVAILABLE. It is not available year-round. Pool and beach towels NOT provided but may be rented upon request.

*We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance for your stay to cover a variety of cancellation reasons AS WE DO NOT REFUND OUTSIDE OF THE CANCELLATION WINDOW. WE DO OFFER THIS AS AN ADDED ACCOMMODATION FOR AN EXTRA FEE THROUGH INSURE STAYS AND NATIONWIDE INSURANCE after booking. Please inquire.

*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $195, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. USPS DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REGULAR MAIL AT THIS SHORT TERM RENTAL PROPERTY. PLEASE SECURE OTHER METHODS LIKE A P.O. BOX IF YOU WISH TO GET MAIL WHILE STAYING LONGER THAN 29 DAYS.
