The property was great outside of this condo we stayed in. There are multiple pools, outside grills, laundry rooms and a restaurant. The resort is convenient to anything you may want or need. The best thing about the condo was a spectacular view! The condo needed much work and attention. When we first arrived the air conditioner stopped working. I contacted the owner and he promptly had that fixed. The master bedroom is very small and dark. There is no ceiling light and only one lamp. There was about 2ft between my side of the bed and the wall. The shower curtains in the unit were old and had mold on the bottoms. The room my girls stayed in was good size and well lit. The bed linens and pillows were stained in each bedroom. Not from being dirty but just needing to be replaced. The furniture throughout needs to be properly cleaned. There was a odd dining room chair that had been added with very little cushion. There was one burnt pot holder, food storage bowls that didn't have tops to match, the kitchen blender had been used and put back without ever being washed and I was told the cleaning crew must have missed it. We left a day earlier than anticipated. On our way back home I messaged the owner to let him know about our stay and he apologized for it not meeting our expectations and kept telling me that he hasn't had any complaints from anyone else. That is not something you do not tell a renter. I saw it as him down playing my complaints. DO NOT RENT!!!!

2023 vacation

Upon arrival we notice that the toilet in the extra bathroom was broken. That was on Saturday. No one came to fix it until Wednesday of next week. I had to sweep and clean the sinks and tubs, kitchen myself. I contacted the owner several times. Not happy with experience at all.

Great Location and Great for younger children

The location being away from hustle and bustle was nice. It was a gated community so it felt safe for our older kids to enjoy a little freedom around the property. There was no water park but was a great splash pad for our toddler. We had an issue with the property meeting cleanliness expectations but the owner rectified the situation after our complaint was made. Parking passes must be obtained at the gate and cost 5 per night for parking, which that had been disclosed. The indoor pool was not heated as it was listed. The property did have some fun extra features like an onsite ice cream truck and a beachside bar and grill. It was also nice to be able to bring a cooler down to the pool with kids snacks and drinks. Most resorts don’t allow coolers only what you buy from their snack shacks so that was a huge plus. The unit itself was in a good location for pools and parking and did have a water view from a large balcony but was about 3 buildings down from the ocean so a little bit of a walk. I do wish there had been tvs in both bedrooms, a roll away crib that was in the listing and ceiling fans but outside of that the unit had what we needed. Also at the time of our visit there was only dining seating for 5 not 6. Recommend bringing extra blankets, pillows, towels, toilet paper (fans if your hot natured) and a cart if you have a lot of stuff to take to the beach or down to the laundry facilities.

Just okay

When I arrived, I was disappointed that the unit didn’t appear to match the pictures as well as I’d anticipated. My only real issue with the unit was The floors… they had not been swept well at all and definitely hadn’t been mopped because my one year old’s feet were black after having just walked around the first 10 minutes. When I reached out with the owner, he responded that he contacted the after hours cleaning service and would inform me when they would be coming to clean the floors, but this never happened. The living room rug was covered in sand. The furniture and living room decor appeared to have been moved around very awkwardly so I’m not sure if the previous renters had rearranged things or if the cleaners had when they left. There was decor in random places on shelves and pushed into corners, etc. We just left everything the way it was when we entered. I would highly recommend them to thoroughly check the cleaning process of their unit because it is super disappointing to pay to stay somewhere and not feel comfortable enough sitting your baby on the floors
