I am not one to complain nor write a review, but this experience in that apartment was terrible. After a 10hr travel, I walked into dirty floors. My grandsons feet were black before we settled. Bathroom...well you are basically squatting on a toilet, shower filter with sand and hair. Both bedrooms were nice and clean as well as kitchen. Pics of living area are old. Furniture and decor was dirty, stained and broken. We checked in at 5:30p, we were not able to get internet access for the television until 12:am. During that time we came back from the beach where we were locked out of the apartment. Code worked but the door was stuck. Reached out to property owner and she diligently had maintenance over within 20 mins. Maintenance assessed the lock and had to call out to a locksmith. Once locksmith finished fixing the lock, it was 12:30am. I still did not complain. What got me upset was that the television my 3yr old grandson I attempted to watch would not change to any other channel but a youtube channel that was unfamiliar. So much for trying to entertain my grandson with a movie. I complained and asked for any reimbursement. Emily (property owner) denied any inconvenience and declined any sort of refund. Great customer service...but terrible place to stay.
