We just added this newly remodeled oceanview condo at the Sand Dunes Resort. It's on the 11th floor and has a large private balcony. It has one king bed and four full beds, and can sleep up to 10. Sheets are provided. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of cleaning, and free onsite parking. The indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs are great amenities.



The Space:

Located in Sand Dunes Resort this 3 Bedroom Condo has AMAZING views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 10 people! Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer for your clothes in this beautiful condo as well! Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.



Note: this condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

The Neighborhood:

This property is conveniently located just steps from the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pools, walking on the beach, and dining at the onsite restaurants. You're also just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. And you'll find many other popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping nearby.



Getting Around:

This property is close to the airport, so you can easily take a taxi, Uber, or rental car to get around.



Other Things to Note:

This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.



Important notes:

- This condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.



- Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.
