*Located in the heart of MB, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club grounds, just off the bypass

*minutes from the beach and all main attractions.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*Pets are NOT allowed



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

* 1 Queen bed, and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

* Washer/dryer available in unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

* No mailbox for this location.

*Pool access with code, bracelets and key fob. Any missing fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and bracelet by $20

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Must climb stairs.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
