Welcome to our peaceful retreat! The condo, along with the entire building, is privately owned by a local family, creating a quiet and exclusive atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. Rather than staying in a crowded high-rise surrounded by strangers, you`ll enjoy a tranquil space designed for rest and relaxation.

The condo features one private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. To help set expectations, there is no traditional living room or second bedroom. Instead, we`ve created a versatile bonus room that serves as an additional living and sleeping area. This space includes a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds) and a sofa bed, making it ideal for families or small groups while maximizing both comfort and functionality.

A quiet place in the heart of Myrtle Beach, just 3 minutes from the beach and just off The Pavilion. It’s the closest property to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (just an 8 minute walk)! Enjoy easy access to everything you need - beach, shops, food, mini golf and much more.

The location is within walking distance to everything you need and having a designated parking space also makes it easy to bring your car! It`s less than 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

You will have full access to your condo. There is metered street parking that is available right in front of the condo. A fee may apply during the season.

This unit is on the ground floor.

✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
