"The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

"A wonderful place with a stunning view of the sea, right on the beach from the apartment on the fourth floor. The apartment offers modern comfort and is very spacious. Parking is available directly in front of the house in a gated area. The Apartment owners are uncomplicated, accommodating, and very nice. We want to come back."

"Check-in was easy to navigate. The added amenities (Waterpark and pools) were great as well. The condo does look like the pictures and is updated nicely, however cleanness is another topic. I found hair strands on my bed sheets and the beds lay on metal frames. At night, it does get noisy and kinda of an unsafe area to walk around in (liquor store is on the first floor). Ocean view is blocked by a Days Inn from across the street. "
