"We never saw or talked to a host. No instructions in the room regarding who to contact with problems/questions. Room was quiet and good sized but sparsely furnished. Appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. Black spots on the window sheers -hard to tell but possibly mildew? "Great place to stay in Venice and so easy to get to. Super comfy beds and pillows!! Sofa could be more inviting since the tv is in the kitchen and you want somewhere to relax after a long day walking. Toaster didn’t work but that didn’t really affect us. Says bottted water available on the advert but there was none!! I would definitely comeback and stay again. Thank you for a great service and trip. "
