"Really beautiful listing, it’s almost like the pictures don’t do it justice. From every window you have a beautiful view of Sedona! As for the house, extremely clean (we visited in August), very well taken care. The owner does have two rental on the house - we were confused when we arrived but I called and they explained right away. Zero noise, beautiful neighborhood, walkable to a cute wine bar with live music. My only notice was the bathroom towels are extremely small (and we are small people)...

"This place is wonderful, the views from the patio, the kitchen, and the bedroom area were fantastic. All those views were looking at the beautiful Red Rock Mountains. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular, along with the cool mornings and comfortable afternoons. "Everything about this rental was perfect from start to finish. Jon and Rachelle's pre-stay communications were friendly and clear, so check-in was easy and straightforward. The location was exactly what we hoped for -- within very easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The place is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a large kitchen/dining room/living room space. It's wonderfully appointed, and it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We couldn't recommend it more highly."

"This was the perfect base for all the adventures I had planned in Sedona. The host clearly laid out all details and communicated wonderfully. There were no surprises. The bed was the softest, most luxurious mattress you could find. There is a tv, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I hope to return and stay here again. It was a wonderful deal. "Check in was a breeze and the property manager replied quickly. The bed is super comfy and the AC units kept the place at a nice, cool temp. The fire table on the porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the rocks catch the sunrise. "

"It was beautiful!! This was perfect. Your vehicle is protected beside a closed gate. You walk down the walkway and you come around the corner and there’s a cute patio, trees, running water!
