sorry to fill that over charged but there was reservation for 1 guest not for two guest there was two guest checkin charged 10 plus tax extra plus deposit which was credited on his credit card thx dp

Tiffany Unfortunately all hotels charge for extra persons outside of the reservation and also every hotel requires a temporary deposit on your account during your stay. The extra charges were for extra people and a refundable deposit

that was reserved with expidia paid virtual credit card so sorry we can t change it but in future you have to call to cancelled before cancellation policies or change with them sorry for inconvinience

Dear guest, As we explained to both you and your wife on multiple occasions, when you book a reservation that is not directly with the hotel or the hotel franchise system, the receipt has to come from the booking system. The property cannot give you a receipt with an accurate charge breakdown. As far as the “small window” that you had to navigate through, we apologize for this minor inconvenience but it is meant to keep our guests and employees as safe as possible with little to no interaction with people. Our guests have given us very good feedback regarding these measures we are taking during this difficult covid times. The phone that you accidentally broke had been replaced already and we are sorry about your interaction with the front desk clerk.
