"We loved everything about the house. It was 2 miles from the beach and close to everything that we did."

"Needed a quick place to stay while traveling. Worked out well for what we needed."

"Perfect!!"

"Our family had a great time staying at your place using kayaks, fishing, easy drive to the beach and Charleston. Thanks you for a beautiful place to rest for the week!"

"Thank you for hosting us! We enjoyed our stay and love the place"

"An extremely pleasant stay in a great location!"

"Great location"

"The place was good and clean. We were extremely disappointed with the backyard. The pics in the VRBO website showed a cute backyard and we made plans for an evening there. It was horrible, not kept, shoulder heigh weed. The TV’s (2) also didn’t work. Although the host had said someone could come and look at them, we didn’t spend much time in the house during the day and when we wanted to watch tv was already late at night. The house itself was great"

"We had a great stay, you can’t beat the location. Steps away from King with great shops, restaurants, and bars. but the street the residence is on has some fantastic coffee shops and restaurants as well!"

"Clean, excellent communication. Had one small issue and it was solved very quickly."

"It was good"

"Lovely stay."

"I stayed here with my partner and it was a perfect location for biking and walking all around downtown, lots of great food nearby, and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment itself was great, too!"

"Location is excellent - No Dishwasher or washer/dryer on site. Toiletries on-site leave a bit to be desired. Would absolutely stay again!"

"I would highly recommend this host and location if you are considering a trip to Charleston. The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. Demetrius was very responsive and even worked with us on our departure time due to late flights. Easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at a vacation rental."

"The location was excellent. Overall, it was a very nice place."

"Had an amazing stay. Don’t sleep on the happy hour and amazing food at the restaurant, Southbound, just in front of the property."

"This property is so cute! It was perfect for the two of us! The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need for cooking any meal. It’s close to just about anything you would want to do and walking distance to so many charming shops and restaurants!I would definitely book this property again."
