"It is an OK hotel very close to the Morning market and the train station. They sell breakfast, but doesn’t actually offer it at the Hotel. What you get for your money is a voucher you can use in one of a dozen small restaurants at the Morning market offering various types of traditional Japanese breakfast. It is a silly way to offer breakfast and probably also why they choose to inform you about it only after having confirmed your non-refundable booking."

Only thing to note, there is only 1 aircon unit that is in the main lounge covering the whole property. Luckily the weather was not too hot and the bedrooms managed to remain at comfortable temperature. I can see it could be a problem if the weather gets hotter and the doors to the rooms are closed to keep the early morning light out. "

Downside is no lift to access to level 4 as stated, and the kettle was not in good condition (with a strange plastic smell and the filter is already melted) and I couldn’t make use of it to boil the water to prepare milk for my baby.
