"The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and convenient. Im a person with physical disabilities and I love how accommodating the shower set up was for me as an amputee. The shower had a bench that can fold down and up and really helped me out a lot."
"This apartment had some of the most spectacular views of the lakefront and the city that you will find. Apartment was spacious and a great value compared to hotel rooms. Check-in was a little difficult. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. "
"Got a suite and from early morning to late evening an outside generator makes a deep and annoying humming sound. The reception could not do anything to prevent the noise, so I just had to accept it.
The room was spacious, but especially the carpet appeared worn. The bathroom in contrast appeared modern and clean.
My impression of the cleaning is that they did a great job.
Comparing the price and quantity, then I would have considered alternatives."

"Our trip to Chicago and our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From an easy check-in and check out and also a
central location too many attractions and activities. A quick walk to the train and the bus. Very close to a market too!!! The view was outstanding!!

"This is a good hotel, great service from hotel desk in general. Friendly service at the hotel restaurant and bar. The room cleaning was very good and thorough. Location was fine and pretty close to most sightseeing sites. The room nice, and installations high quality. The bellboys were really friendly and showed high customer care - excellent service! All in all a nice hotel in Chicago!"
"Værelset var hyggeligt og rent. Det er selvfølgelig ikke luksus, gangene er smalle, værelset lidt lille og slidt, men det har alt, hvad man behøver og en rar atmosfære. Hotellet ligger tæt på en metrostation, hvorfra man hurtigt kan komme ind til byen, og man kan også gå en flot tur langs kysten derind, som tager ca 40 min. Chinatown er ikke så stor, men der er et par sjove butikker og gode restauranter, og gaden som hotellet ligger på er ret hyggelig og har en meget lokal stemning over sig."
"Very happy with our stay! It was our first time in the Chicago area, so I didn’t know which accommodation to choose from among the many options. But by the end of our trip I am convinced that we couldn’t have chosen a better one! The location is absolutely perfect and the river views were a great way to start/end our day. Also helps that there is a convenience store right across the street for anything you may need/ have forgotten! "
