"So impressed with this hotel. Some amazing rooms and bathrooms, clean, nicely located and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The price we got it for was cheap compared to the level of service, would definitely stay here again, if going back to Chicago. "

"This apartment had some of the most spectacular views of the lakefront and the city that you will find. Apartment was spacious and a great value compared to hotel rooms. Check-in was a little difficult. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. "

"We loved the historic feel of the building right off the bat. The art deco vibe was very cool. Our room was huge as was the bathroom area. The bed was SO comfortable with lovely sheets. We both slept great! The location is 3 blocks from Millenium Park and close to the train and bus. The bartenders Renee and Ben were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!"

"Got a suite and from early morning to late evening an outside generator makes a deep and annoying humming sound. The reception could not do anything to prevent the noise, so I just had to accept it.
The room was spacious, but especially the carpet appeared worn. The bathroom in contrast appeared modern and clean.
My impression of the cleaning is that they did a great job.
Comparing the price and quantity, then I would have considered alternatives."

"It was super easy to check in and park in the area. Plenty of space in the room. Easy to work all the amenities, and they had everything we could have needed! "

The common facilities were great too, but the carpets and furniture in the room were a bit worn down, and not very clean. There was a very good, and free breakfast. It was a bit noisy because of the trains, but got used to it in the end. I didn't feel a party-travellers feeling at the hotel, it was very quiet, and almost not-approachable guests actually. But...
