You will have to go up two flights of stairs to get to your apartment

*We may accept pets at our discretion, and for a pet fee.

*To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.

The city is doing construction in front of the building, which may affect access by vehicle, and cause some noise disturbance on weekdays. The city has not given an end-date to the construction but we assume sometime around mid-November
