"Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! Kudos to the hosts on keeping the charm while renovating this cottage. "

"older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better. "

"No value for money. Eould expect more for this price range. Very loud and noisy with no soundproofing whatsoever. Lots of crying children, children running around/stomping the floors, barking dogs, loud TVs and just general activity late at night overshadowed the entire experience. "
