- Per the HOA, guests must provide the names of all the people staying at the vacation rental to the homeowner as soon as they book
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located in the doorbell, facing outward toward the front entrance. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera is activated by motion and will record video and sound
- Use of the Country Club amenities (including pool, tennis courts, golf, etc.) is available upon request. There is a $100 fee to utilize these amenities during your stay. This fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable
