"The owner was very accommodating. He has a house adjoining the property so was responsive when needed. The house layout is unique. There are two lower level bedrooms, no windows, and a family room isolated from the rest of the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs via a stairway from the dining room, and they are large with spacious bathrooms.
