"We stayed in the apartments in October. It was so cold. It was possible to heat the rooms but not the living room and kitchen. I am sure it is nice in the summer but not now. The breakfast was great and the people at the front desk was very nice."

"Helt fantastisk hotel"

"On the surface, our hotel room looked very modern and fancy, but once you took a closer look, the story was quite different. The carpet was covered in stains, there was mold around the air conditioning vent, and the sofa was practically falling apart. The TV in the room was also incredibly small – I’d guess there are tablets out there that are bigger. The hotel is located in a rather dull area, but if you’re driving an electric car, there’s a wealth of Tesla charging stations out back."

"This was a very disappointed stay. No where near 5 star service they claim. Room were only equipped with heaters, no aircon available. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked being refilled. Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. Only after waiting for the end of breakfast could we receive the towel. This place claims to be quiet luxury, but it was overfilled with people and lacked basic services. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone."
