"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. "We stayed at this property while in Monopoli for a wedding. The place itself is a cute studio apartment with a beautiful stone ceiling. The location was very walkable with many restaurants and bars near by and about 10 minute walk from the city centre. Elisabetta was a wonderful host and even came to our rescue when my boyfriend left the gate key inside by accident."

"Horrible experience. We booked for 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. Vrbo site said "good for 10 people". When we got there, it was good for 3 people only. The host did not care and said it was Vrbo fault. Vrbo was not very helpful claiming that was booked through a third party software (which shocked me) and therefore could not help me (very unhelpful during this hard time we had in Monopoli). All in all, very bad experience in this place and with Vrbo helpline. "

"Opholdet var en del af en rejse med venner. Man bliver først lidt overrasket over hotellets beliggenhed, men når man står på altanen i sit værelse forbløffes man over den smukke udsigt over Monopoli og Adriaterhavet. Hotellet er rustikt men med flotte detaljer i marmor og flot arkitektur. Værelserne store og komfortable. "
