The restaurant is open all day offering local dishes which are all freshly cooked, so expect a little wait but it is worth it. The only remark is incorrect information in the description regarding distance from El Rosario Monarch Butterflies sanctuary.. it says 14 minutes.. it is actually 55 minutes with Google maps."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Lovely gardens and good restaurant. Rooms are a bit on the simple side (especially the bathrooms) but this is to be expected with this type of accommodation. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"Nice place to stay for relaxation and natural beauty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property has lots of little interesting spots to explore and a nice library. It could use some maintenance and updating but everything was fine. The meals served at the hotel were ok. Massage was inexpensive and good. The pools are not very warm but the mineral water felt good on my skin. "

Hay estacionamiento seguro y buen restaurante. Está ubicado En el centro de Tlalpujahua, lugar de elaboración de esferas y vilas navideñas, muy cerca también del bello pueblo de El Oro, vale la pena visitarlo, ambos lugares muy bellos que te transportan al pasado. Buffet next to it was so yummy, not expensive. Transportation was safe and very secure with Mister Miguel Blancas. He was our tours guide. We visited so many amazing places for a reasonable pay. I wil recommend you to get in this stunning town."

"Los cuartos muy bonitos, solo recomiendo que fumiguen debido a que el cuarto que me tocó había demasiadas arañas, alacránes y animalitos como los 100 pies y eso fue muy desagradable. Y que la limpieza traten de ser más minuciosos, encontré jabón ya usado y cabellos en las almohadas."

"Overall the rooms are great and has an outstanding view of the lake.
Restaurant is outright terrible, food was bad and bland, they can't cook a simple steak and charges 100 pesos for a Nespresso coffee. What we ordered for dinner was not the plates we received as they were sold out of common ingredients but never informed us, but just cooked something.
Some of the staff is great - other staff members are so busy with their phones they can't even say hello."
