Pensionater i Molins de Rei

"Don´t stay at Som Nit Triomf. Their hotel is a total scam. They are cheating customers plus lousy service. The place does not match their price in any respect! We had booked a room, which in the picture appears cosy, bright and spacious, in a beautiful older style with patterned stone floors and beautiful old balcony doors and balusters and photo also showed a view to the room's terrace, which had an open, bright and green perspective! What we got, however, was a dingy, tiny and very dark room,...

"We stayed here for three nights and the warm water in the bathroom didn’t work during our stay. We reported it immediately and followed up multiple times, but received no compensation and no reply from the hotel. We also spoke with other guests who said they experienced the same issue during their stay. For the price, this is unacceptable. Stay away from this place."

"Nice and clean single room, but very dark. (the only window was facing the light shaft). Very clean and nice shared toilet and shower. Excellent location and good value for money."

"Fik ikke de bestilte værelser Ikke styr på morgenmad til tiden"

"There was a grocery two doors down which was convenient. We didn't have a balcony. Would have liked to have a hair dryer in the room. They needed to have some directions as to how to get to the hostel once you entered the building. Everyone was very nice and they kept our luggage until we could check in. It was quiet at night and bed was comfortable. Our room was small but nice and clean. Would stay here again."

"Fantastisk imødekommende personale i receptionen - så hjælpsomme og venlige"
