"I booked a room with a window view, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, and the overall stay was incredibly comfortable. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. While I do wish breakfast had been included, it didn’t take away from what was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this hotel—especially for the stunning views it offers. A memorable stay!"

"Nice view of Lake Superior from my 5th (top) floor, even though I asked for a ground floor room (since I’m traveling with my puppy dog!). The outside noise (3 train tracks & a major road) was a bit much too. But, since I will probably never be back in Thunder Bay I did enjoy the walk down by the dock and the people were nice and friendly. "

Most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on!Full size fridge, easy check in and out…..Really, the only complaint is the toilet.OMG.It’s crammed into a teeny, tiny corner beside the shower, behind the door.If you are a plus size model like me, it’s an issue. Not cool.I also didn’t love the on-street, paid parking, but my vehicle did not get broken into so, that’s a win. Kinda seems like a sketchy...
