The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, accommodating 2 guests. The spare bedroom has twin bunks and a single twin bed to sleep an additional 3 guests, and in the living room area, there is a sofa bed providing comfy sleeping arrangements for an additional 2 guests. In total, we can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. We also provide plenty of extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort.

The condo boasts a spacious living room area, a dining area, a bar with barstools, a balcony with outdoor furniture, a fully loaded kitchen, high-speed internet, a huge 70-inch Smart Roku TV in the living room, a 55-inch Smart Roku TV in the master bedroom, and a 40-inch Smart Roku TV in the spare bedroom.

Guests have convenient on-property access to a beautiful, secluded pool surrounded by trees & a well equipped fitness center both with coded entry and private to residents and guests of our small Sandestin Community at Point of View Condominiums.

A short walk across the parking lot brings you to Publix, Starbucks, and countless other shops and restaurants. Take a stroll to Grand Boulevard and experience Emeril's Coastal where famous chef, Emeril Lagasse whips up his culinary masterpieces!

A 3 minute drive takes you to Baytowne Wharf located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, within the gates of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It features
an array of boutiques, eateries, galleries, and nightlife. Be sure to check out their events calendar for your travel dates, as they often have a jam-packed schedule of outdoor festivals and events for the entire family!
Destin Commons has all of your favorite stores and eateries as well as Whole Foods Market.

Also, take a short drive to the heart of old Destin and the Harborwalk Village adjacent to the picturesque Crab Island. Stroll along the boardwalk of Destin's famous fishing fleet to see of the catch of the day come in!

Spend a day at the world famous Crab Island on the north side of Destin Bridge where pleasure boats gather everyday to enjoy the translucent, waist-high emerald
green waters. This area is kid friendly! If you rent a pontoon, jet ski or kayak, you can join the party of floating restaurants and huge inflated playground.

For a good bargain you can visit Silver Sands Outlet Mall just down the street!

Be sure and check out Lulu's at the foot of the Mid-Bay Bridge. Lulu is Jimmy Buffet's sister, and she has created a veritable playground for children and adults alike. Southern fare at it's best! Huge Indoor/outdoor restaurant, large sandy area on the bay with rental SUPs and kayaks, seaplane rides, kids face painting and more!
