"The hotel and facilities were amazing, and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is a bit away from any public transportation, but the hotel has a shuttlebus, we could use to get to the station, so that was convenient. We highly recommend going here for some relaxation and beautiful scenery. A hidden gem!"

• The villa is very clean and spacious. The view from the windows is beautiful — you can even see the snowy mountains.
• The staff is kind and helpful.
Cons:
• A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night.
• The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM."

"Nice hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities you need. Good beeds, fine little onsen for a quiet time. Very well assorted breakfast buffet that even allowed two vegans to enjoy a full breakfast (just bring your own plant milk)."
