beach, Beach Plum Manor is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home designed

for families, couples, and groups seeking a quiet, relaxing escape on the

Delaware coast.







The thoughtfully planned layout offers both comfort and privacy:

• Pull-out sofa







Lower Level



• 1 King bedroom



• 1 bedroom with two Twin XL beds







Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making meals

and clean-up easy. Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces—dine

on the upper deck with ample seating and a gas grill, or unwind on the ground-

level patio, complete with comfortable seating, a fire pit, and your own

private stargazing dome.

Please note we do not provide linens or towels but they can be rented on your

behalf and delivered before your stay.

Please note that guests may choose to bring their own linens or rent linens

through our optional linen rental service for an additional fee. If you would

like to arrange linen rental, kindly inform us prior to your stay and we will

at the end of the stay, guests must return all items to that tote for the

rental company to retrieve.
