    The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles. You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival. A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
    Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
    Linens Package Option:
    Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

    The Linens Package includes the following items:
    1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy
    Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
    1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count
    Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets, 1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
    1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
    FREE Delivery and Pickup
    All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvas bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
    Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you have completed your reservation.
    Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
    Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
    The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group who plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult pass-holder. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Childrens Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.
    Club Amenities are not available to our rental guests on Saturdays until 4:00pm (check-in time) during the Summer Season. For additional information, please click on the Life at Coastal Club Link. The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

The email will contain a wealth of information regarding your vacation home and the Coastal Club Community.     Coastal Club Community
    Coastal Club is an extraordinary community rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area's best tax-free shopping. You can enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes at one of the eateries that include Agave Restaurant, Lewes Oyster House, Striper Bites, Bramble & Brine and Touch of Italy and many more.

    Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 and bypasses all traffic.

    Historic Lewes
    Quiet and dignified, charming and friendly, quaint Lewes is perhaps the most beloved town in Delaware, and certainly a perennial favorite for travelers who savor quiet strolls on boutique-filled streets, or a relaxing meal by the water at one of the town's excellent restaurants. Full of history and filled with unanticipated discoveries, its old homes and nautical heritage are not to be missed, and visitors would do well to explore its fascinating story before setting out. Sometimes seen as a place at the beach for people who want to escape “the beach,” Lewes' bayside ambience manages to evoke the best attributes of Coastal Delaware, but still linger in the memory as a secluded and secret treasure that's all your own.

    Cleaning
    Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

    Outdoor Monitoring
    The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

    Lease Agreement
    Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

    Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
    We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

    We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

    House Rules:
    * Strict no pets
    * Strict lead renter requirements - the lead renter must be 25 years of age or older, stay in the home every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.
    * Strict no smoking
    * Strict - occupancy limit as noted in the listing
    * Strict - no senior week, student celebrations or loud parties
    * Minimum reservation term is 6 nights per hoa rules.
    * Must follow the HOA community rules

    Check In Process: Drive directly to the home. There is a smart lock on the front door with a keypad. We will provide you with the code to the keypad (usually by text) approx. 1 week before your arrival.

    Hold Harmless and Indemnity: Property Manager shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to Rental Guest and/or their guest(s), or their personal property due to Rental Guests acts, actions or neglect. Rental Guest agrees to hold owner and Property Manager harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to Rental Guests act or neglect or their guests' act or neglect. Property Manager is not responsible for any actions of other property owners or the home owners association (HOA).

    Quiet Enjoyment: Rental Guest and their guests agree not to violate quiet enjoyment and
    privacy of the surrounding neighbors. Property Manager and owner are not responsible for the actions of other property owners in the area, as we have no control over their actions.

    Weather, Acts of God: Property Manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of God or nature that happen during Rental Guests stay on premises and no refunds will be made.

    Unforeseen Conditions: If any unforeseen conditions or problems with the condo arise prior to or during TENANTS stay, OWNER reserves the right to either refund TENANTS payment pro-rate or place TENANT in a comparable house with the same amenities, bedroom, etc.. Such unforeseen conditions could be the following but are not limited to, hurricanes, storms, vandalism, flood, HOA rules, etc. OWNER assumes no responsibility for such unforeseen conditions.

    Access: Rental Guest agrees to allow access to the house and property to Property Manager or Owner and his agents upon 4 hours' notice by telephone or in person. Agents include but are not limited to plumbers, electricians, rental companies, pest inspection, etc. Property Manager reserves the right to inspect the premises and condo interior upon 4 hours' notice to Rental Guest. Rental Guest agrees not to deny access. If Rental Guest refuses to allow access to Property manager or any agent designated by Property Manager, the Property Manager reserves the right to terminate the TENANTS vacation rental and
    TENANT will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by OWNER and will forfeit the
    rental payment.

    Safety: Rental Guest acknowledges and agree that they are responsible for the safety of
    themselves, their guests and their children with respect to the pool, the deck areas, and the
    premises. Rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to hold harmless from any injuries to them or their guests. It is understood that there may not be a lifeguard and that supervision is their responsibility. Rental Guest understands that there is no hard wired phone (land line) inside the home and that Rental Guest is responsible for making all calls including emergency and 911 calls on their own phones (not provided by Owner).

    Illegal Drugs and Under Age Drinking: Under no circumstances shall any illegal drugs be allowed on the property. Rental Guest understands that possession and use of any such substance is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment. Rental Guest further waives any and all rights to recourse against the Property Manager for enforcing this clause. Also, no illegal alcohol consumption is allowed to take place on the Property.

    Rental Guest Responsibilities: All occupants are required to perform "Normal" household duties that include, but are not limited to:
    • Garbage removal into trash containers located in the garage
    • Cleaning of individual and guest dishes
    • Duty of notification to Property Manager of any significant damages or problems with the property
    • Locking of all doors and windows prior to Rental Guest leaving the Property.

    Cancellations:
    If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit, then Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing to Owner.

    A) A cancellation notice received by Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full.

    B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 7 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund.

    C) A cancellation notice received less than 7 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund. Refunds will be limited to taxes, cleaning fees (if any) and linen charges (if any).

Beautiful community

We were very impressed with beautiful homes and grounds surrounding our rental property. The Coastal Club community is a great place to stay if your looking to visit the Delaware beach area.
