"We all had a really great weekend stay! Beautiful view of the pond in the back and a treehouse beyond the pond.The Shaver Hill Sugar House is only a half mile up the road and a nice spot. Dinner nearby at The Hidden Inn was a great meal.The house was comfortable and comfortably fit us well. Owner Anthony was great with communications.A very memorable weekend away!"

"Had an amazing stay for my wife's 50th birthday. It was clean, had everything we needed available and most importantly... the communication between the owner and I was wonderful. He even let us check-in early! Overall it was 5 stars without even shaking this man's hand to thank him! We also enjoyed Cooperstown activities. Escape Room, local coffee shops, dining... it was all enjoyable! We appreciated the hospitality from afar! "

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."
