"Friendly staff. We had an issue with the TV and it was addressed in 5 minutes and was replaced in less than an hour. Room was clean. Bathrooms could use a little updating but are clearn. If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away. If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away. If going to Dover again I would definitely stay here agian."

"Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites.
