Canguro properties were not responsive prior to our arrival and messages I had sent were not being answered. The communication was very poor. We were informed the host would meet at the property and this didn’t happen. We were asked to leave the keys inside the property which was incorrect information. We were informed the damages deposit would be reimbursed 7 days after check out and this did not happen. The electricity went off for 15 minutes as we were guided to the distribution box in the basement to resolve the issue ourselves and told it was due to use of several appliances . The bedroom curtain was not sufficient to protect our privacy and everything could be seen if the light was put on during the night. The curtains were simply net coverings and insufficient. The decor was tired looking and required an overhaul. The bathroom toilet seat was in a bad state.
