"Fantastic hotel in great location. Close to the subway and restaurants. Everything about the hotel seems so new and clean. The rooms are beautiful and all have a balcony, which is a nice touch. Bathrooms are huge. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The lounge by the lobby offered free coffee and tea all day. Only wish would be that had invested in building an onsen. "

"Booked 2 x Moderate Double Room with breakfast. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teens). Rooms are nice a roomy, both rooms had 2 single beds. One room had a small lounge. The foot massage was great use, all hotels should have this in Japan! Beds are comfy and bathroom are good size with bathtub. Night wear (pajama) are provided. Laundry facility in Level 7. Location is perfect, so many eateries and McDonald’s just across the hotel. Buffet breakfast is so good, many choices of Japanese...
