"Cute remodeled hotel, but does not have standard amenities I am used to. You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. "The manager was absolutely terrible to me. I did what he asked me to do and he still kicked me out. He stole another night's rent and the cash deposit. There were no damages. I have never had my money flat out stolen from under me ...and nothing I could do about it because the cops would have fabricated for him to have what he wanted. "Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to...
