"Room and everything was nice. Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others."

"The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. We will stay with Tim again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for everything Tim. "

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"
