"The property was kept in excellent condition. Staff was so welcoming and so helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel we found was far away from most popular places to visit which is what we didn't like about the place. You definitely need a car to drive to places. The restaurants inside the hotel were priced too high that we left to dine out."

The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel. "While the resort grounds itself were beautiful, the staff and food were very lackluster. Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. That request took almost an entire day to resolve. The only reason why we had a working television is because the woman from the front desk came with us to our room and fixed that for us. "Very disappointing. The room was completely run down with peeling paint in the cupboards, things being removed from the walls without fixing and everything made in the cheapest materials. Black hair everywhere and I'm a blonde! False advertisinf with 5 beach bars, deck chairs and many other things. Great beachfront location and very friendly service."

"Every was brilliant, ideal location for all restaurants, beach, bars and nightlife. I was only a little disappointed thwt we had to change rooms on the last night. The change only was seamless. The food was very good too. Enjoyed my trip to town, the was organised by a local jewellery store, should have been warned ahead of time as they are keen for you to buy things on there shop which took up a bit of the time we had. Apart from that excellent hotel."
