Ocean Front Resort med hav og udsigt over byen fra denne nye 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser boligenhed i den varmeste bygning i Hollywood Beach. Hyde Resort and Residences ligger kun få minutter fra Aventura Mall og Bal Harbour. Bygningsfaciliteter omfatter restaurant, to uendelig havudsigt pools, solterrasse og private cabanas, fuldt udstyret fitnesscenter med udsigt over havet, fuld service spa med damp og sauna værelser.
Gratis wifi, fuldt udstyret køkken, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, ekstra liggestole til stranden, 3 smarte tv'er, altan hvor du kunne spise morgenmad, eller hvor du bare kunne slappe af og solbrun og meget mere ...


Et feriestedsgebyr på $ 25 plus skat pr. Dag pr. Condo vil give alle gæster ubegrænset adgang til gymnastiksalen, poolen, stranden, hvor de får 2 lænestole og 1 paraply. Yderligere er tilgængelige for leje.
Vi forsøger at få et par strandstole til rådighed for vores gæster i vores enheder.

The unit itself was nice except one of the beds in the second bedroom had a crater size recess in it and was all springs. Also, there are a lot of extra fees like daily resort fees not included in this price and the resort charges a 20% resort fee on all food and beverages and pretty much everything. And I called the front desk because I ran out of laundry soap and paper towels and they told me they couldn’t provide them since I rented thru a VRBO so I needed to contact my owner and see if they could have them replaced. So had to go to the store and provide that stuff for myself. So I’m not exactly sure what the 40 a day extra resort fee was for if they don’t provide anything for you. So be prepared to spend an extra 500-1000 in extra money on top of what the owner charges on VRBO for the unit. Totally duped.

The unit was exactly as described. We had great communication with the host. The location was perfect for all of our travel plans to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The staff was friendly, and the overall resort was beautiful and clean.

Had a great stay at this condo. The Views were amazing. The property manger was very responsive to my needs. The pots and pans need to be replaced and house keeping could do a better job but overall its a great unit and i will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! This was a mother daughter trip for us! Laure, Christian, Santiago and the whole rental team were very helpful and accommodating. The booking process was easy, and they quickly responded to any questions. They accommodated our request to extend our stay. The unit was very nice, clean and peaceful. The resort is family friendly. The pool and beach are nice. The restaurant is great. We were also easily able to go to restaurants on the boardwalk and a mall. I would return! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Lisa

First week of the year at the beach

We spent the first few days of the year in this unit and it met our needs. The full kitchen including dishwasher was really nice to have! Also, two bathrooms are a must. The pool area is gorgeous as is the beach.

Good but expensive

Great area, nice resort, in addition to the resort fees you pay, I understand. Anything additional is outrageous. Get your wallet out. Most of the staff is amazing and helpful. A couple of the front desk staff ladies are straight up rude and nasty. All and all it was a great family vacation.

Beautiful Condo

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful condo steps from the beach. Everything was as advertised and we couldn't have been happier, highly recommended. I read a lot of complaints about the elevators. We had zero issues.

Beautiful Apartment Great Location

This is a very comfortable and nicely laid out apartment.It has a wrap around balcony with both Northern and Eastern views. The apartment is conveniently located walking distance to Walmart and a short ride away from anything else you may need. The management agent is very attentive. Even the people at the reception desk in the lobby like working with her. If your looking for a very nice beachfront apartment in a very nice building that is conveniently located, then this apartment is a good choice.

Wonderful views

The property is nice decorated, has a phantastic ocean view and is big enough for 4 people. We could hear traffic noise when windows where open, the balconies where not really clean, the kitchen equipment was not the best and the bathrooms where not perfect. But we enjoyed the views and the elegant surroundings, nice bedrooms, the beach service and the pool. The beach access is great. Very good valet service and really nice staff members. 7 eleven is right across the street. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided in the walk-in closet. The little safe didn't work. With closed balcony doors it was very quiet. We didn't hear any neighbours.

Beautiful condo and location

Condo is gorgeous as advertised, large balcony with beautiful view, great kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had no issues with long waits for elevators as other reviewers mentioned. Only downside to the resort itself was the sun being blocked by surrounding buildings at both the pool and the beach. We had a fantastic stay with friends!

Unit matched the online description. Everything was 5 star! All furniture in great condition and fully stacked kitchen. One thing tho, I would not recommend staying at this hotel during busy season. 41 story and only 4 elevators. Average wait of 20-30 min each time

The overall experience was great. Hotel rooms were clean and very few issues to complain about. 4 adults and check-in was busy with some issues when we were given the wrong arm bands. Check-in Staff was helpful. Issues within the suite were the cleanliness of the dishes and the dishwasher didn’t clean very well. There were plenty of bath towels but no face towels. “We had to purchase our own for Walmart around the corner”. The washer/dryer combo was very loud during operation and the tv in the front room did not work properly. If you rent using a 3rd party, the resort staff will inform no matter what the issue is, you must contact the 3rd party ie “out of toilet paper, contact Lauren”. Overall we had a good experience and would stay again.

No issues with listing manager! Comments are specific to resort and unit 3506. Unit was dusty not cleaned ready for guests. Kitchen: not enough cups and missing drinkware, coffee maker w/out filters, only one working power outlet. Limited number of towels, and toiletriees unless you pay for daily housekeeping. Dishwasher had rusted baking sheet rusting and smelling. We could not use it! Resort: in short, unmanaged zoo. Far from a luxury resort, as advertised. Specifically, dirty property, gym has never been cleaned, pool can't provided you lounges or towels unless you reserve cabanas at 100 USD per adult. Beach lounges and umbrellas aren't availbale and no beach towels are available either. Front desk is grossly understaffed and checking process was a nightmare. Complete lack of service. Elevators - 45 minutes wait each way and I had to walk to 35th floor twice as wait was impossible. Pay a little more and stay in a better resort is my advise to all of you. Cheers

Great property with some inconveniences.

The property, the pool and amenities, and the beach were amazing. Clean and high end accommodations. Staff was pleasant. Really a beautiful property. However, there are a handful of inconveniences. The elevators are a real issue. I read about this in other posts, but at times we waited 30 minutes for an elevator. You are not running up to the room quickly from the pool. The beach chair rentals that come with the property are a 5 min walk up the beach. If you are carrying things, that's a long walk from your room. The overall location is not in walking distance to anything. You will have to get in your car if you plan to go to dinner outside the hotel. So just be aware of these things so you are not surprised or frustrated. I found it to be a challenge. My final comment is...everything in the hotel is expensive. So unless you plan to get in the car and drive for drinks and dinner, staying in hotel will get very expensive very quickly. Above the resort fee and valet fee (which I knew about) you will pay $20 for a drink at the pool and well over $120 for a 4 person lunch. If you want a great place to go and stay/eat on property...and don't care about the cost piling up...this is a beautiful place to stay. So make the right choice for you.
