The positive. Easy check in and convenient parking. Building is kept clean and the amenities like the pool, gym, coffee shop and convenient store are great to have onsite. 24hr security and lots of cameras. Host was responsive. Now for the negative. I was reluctant to mention anything negative but I feel it needs to be stated so the property owner can resolve the issues for future guests. Building main cooling system was broken and an external system in the form of a transport truck was used to cool the whole building until it can be repaired. Unfortunately that truck was directly below our balcony and was loud 24hrs a day. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor table on the balcony. Not the property owners fault however we should have been informed. The exterior of the building on the pool side was being worked on and that was loud and every day that we tried to enjoy the pool. Again not the owners fault however we should have been informed. As for the Apartment itself, it was cute and served it's purpose and had everything you would need however, there were some things to note that we did complain about. Microwave was broken, The Fridge water, ice maker did not work. The AC unit took 4 days to cool. The frying pans all need to be replaced. Walls, light switches and baseboards can use a good clean. Carpets were dirty. Stained towels. No Kleenex, no body wash. No coffee tea or snacks as advertised. could use a fresh coat of paint and repairs. Once fixed it would be perfect.
