Ocean View South Beach Huge Two Story Penthouse Steps from the Beach!

Stay in the center of South Beach, just steps from Ocean Drive and the beach in this extra large penthouse with plenty of space for large families or groups. Two huge bedrooms and full bathrooms plus a den with a bar upstairs that opens to the ocean view balcony. Large living room with 65" TV, full kitchen, dining, a full size bunk bed and bathroom downstairs. We provide beach towels, chairs and lots more to make your stay in South Beach perfect. There is a doorbell camera on the outside of the front door for security.

Loved the unit for its condition, prime location and ability to sleep a large group. Jason and Kathie were very communicative. I would highly recommend this unit to explore South Beach!

Great spot, there was some loud construction going on that started around 10am. One of our friends was a late sleeper and so this impacted his ability to sleep in late. I would say this spot is really a 2 bedroom but there are beds in the loft which is great. Overall good experience and location.

The location of the place is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants, the unit needs better maintenance and the building where it is located really needs a clean up.

Great location & well stocked for the beach

The location of this unit is outstanding. The beach is literally a 2 min walk. Ocean Drive is right there and is the very best place to be for people watching. The unit was well stocked with coolers, mats, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board, beach toys, 2 bikes, washer/dryer. We enjoyed our vacation there and recommend this unit for large families like ours.

December 2024 Stay

The location of this property is great. It is one block from the beach and in the middle of the bars and restaurants. Definitely 5 stars in this regard. However, the condo is rather small for the number of people that it accommodates. There was not a lot of room to move around. Also, basic necessities were not provided such as paper towels and hand soap. I felt that, for the price, the amenities could have been a bit better. Regardless, we enjoyed our trip to South Beach. .

Good location with dangerous mold

Hard to rate bc of the mold issue. First the positives: location is great, very walkable. Access to the building was easy and safe. The apartment was clean. Nice products in the bathrooms. There was a sign to use the makeup towels but there were none & the bathrooms need hand towels. Space for everyone. Even the bunk beds were comfortable. The large outside patio is nice & you can see the water. The negatives are troubling. I don’t know when the owners were here last but the entire building had water damage that’s left extensive mold. The hallways had so much mold and the ceiling in the bedroom with the double beds had mold spores. We have been thru several hurricanes and had damage & understand the challenges. However, to rent and have people living in these conditions is very dangerous. The health department should be called on this landlord. For this reason alone I cannot recommend anyone staying here until it can be verified that the mold was removed and not just painted over.I have pictures of the room & hallway but VRBO doesn’t allow this.

The building is ancient, the elevator was not working, and there was no water one day during our stay. The list shows there are three bedrooms, but only two bedrooms. It needs an accurate listing. Thank you!

Beach bachelorette

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights for my bachelorette party. It was close to the beach and walkable to plenty of other restaurants, etc. The owner sent a long email with tons of information and recommendations for the area, which was very helpful. There was also a lot of beach towels and beach equipment available for us to use, which was amazing for us as we are from out of state. Size was perfect for us, and we had no problems with the building or check in process.would definitely recommend for a group trip!

I’ve had better

Fantastic location, fairly nice property. The manager/owner leaves a lot to be desired. I was sent an additional contract to sign 36 hours before I was scheduled to check in to this condo I had had booked for over a month. The contract was over the top, and I refused. They didn’t respond to my multiple efforts and channels of communication until I arrived in Miami, causing me a ridiculous amount of stress. I was in town for my wedding, and handling arrangements for my entire party, so I really didn’t need any more, but thanks anyway, Jason! The place itself was fine, but the photos made it seem bigger and cleaner than it actually was. Minor repairs recommended in several spots. Water pressure was terrible and I think we shared a hot water heater with another condo. I imagine this is usually rented by spring breakers, so that explains a bit. Owner allowed me early check in (2 hours) when I finally was able to contact them. They texted me “Normally we charge extra for an extra early check in, but we were able to help you out, so please help us out with a nice review. Thanks.” This is as nice as I can be. I don’t want to lie to people. PS The wedding was beautiful. We are SO happy!

The apartment is cozy In a very convenient location. The part that was very nerve wrecking is I didn't get instructions on what to do until 10 PM the night before I was going to leave on a 6 AM flight.very hard to plan that way. And also when I booked the check out time was11 am. Then last minute switched to 10 a.m.

The property is in a perfect location across the street from the beach, many restaurants, and bars. The property was very spacious compare to the boutique hotels along Collins Ave. my fitness and I stay in Miami often and this is the first time we tried a condo. It was so worth it. All 6 of us had plenty of space to move around not to mention the 3 bathrooms located in this condo. The beds we’re comfortable and the full kitchen was a bonus. The balcony to the condo is also spacious and had a great view for people watching. The condo owners are very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back again.
