Beautiful Studio with POOL & Mini-gym in the heart of SOUTH BEACH!!!

The SUNSHINE Studio is a gorgeous apartment very well decorated, bright, clean, fully furnished & all equipped with a large POOL and DECK, located in the heart of South Beach!!!

You will be able to enjoy its large POOL with deck chairs and its garden with table and chairs all around to relax and chat while taking a drink.
The building is also one of the very rare Art Deco property providing a mini-gym to its guests. You will also have access to a bike station and laundry room with many washers & dryers.
The property is also very safe thanks to its gates, security doors with digicode and its 24/7 video camera system.
Note that everything is also included during the stay: electricity, water, cable and the Internet WIFI.

PERFECT LOCATION, all the best spots in South Beach are only a few minutes away:

- 2 blocks from the BEACH and its beach walk.
- 10mn walking distance from Lincoln Road (restaurants, clubs, bars, stores and banks),
- 15mn from Ocean Drive (restaurants, clubs, stores and bars),
- 1 block from Collins Avenue with all the best hotels to enjoy their pool parties, bars and restaurants.
- 1 parking garage with hundred of spots is located at only 1 block away. Making it really easy for the guests to park if they rent a car.
- Street parking and parking with meters are also located across the street.

FULLY FURNISHED & EQUIPPED:
Really comfortable mattress for the Queen size bed, 80% of the decoration and appliances are brand new.

The apartment also provides:
Microwave, stoves, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, closet, linens, towels, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing table, pans, pots, dishes etc...

BEACH EQUIPMENTs: umbrella and chairs for the beach are provided.

FAMILY KIT are available for a small extra cost: 1 baby crib, 1 stroller and 1 baby bathtub.

This apartment is perfect to accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and a kid (under 10) thanks to its armchair bed.

OUTDOOR: You have a large pool with desk chairs, bbq area, table, chairs, bench and tropical trees all around.

STAY ELSEWHERE! I have stayed at numerous VRBOs & the like before. Upon our arrival the "lot across the street" charges 20/hour, & the "public parking garage 2 blocks away" was completely shut down & NOT OPEN to the publlic. Everything else YOU WILL GET TOWED. There is no drop off/unloading area. Bryan/Claudio didn't attempt to respond back to us to help provide options until the following day. He then scolded me for "Not contacting him 4 days prior to our arrival to get check-in directions, so any communication failures are on me." THIS has never been the case in my experience where the guest must "remind the host" 4 days prior to arrival of their reservation. Immediately a very defensive host! Bryan then asked all communications to take place thru the VRBO website, which I had done, as I didn't have an alternate means of contacting the host for issues or emergencies. None.Now came the tangible issues: Black mold everyehere, cockroaches, a gas stove that wouldn't stay lit, & an electrical hazard (right at the front door, 5 feet from the gas stove issue). More on each to follow, & all "quotes" are from the host himself, with all communication screenshots saved. BIGGEST ISSUE we had was with the host completely denying any wrongdoing nor ownership of anything. Instead, he contacted me by private email, repeatedly harassing my family, & then had my comment blocked by VRBO when I simply asked him to 'be a better host.' He then accused me of being aggressive.Stay Away!
Marks all over walls upon check in. Not exactly "Clean and welcoming", yet you'll still pay a hefty cleaning fee required by the host.
Very small 2 burner stove. Only 1 frying pan at a time. Must be lit each time with a match, but burners don't stay lit. 5 feet from electrical issues, both right at front door.
Broken clock that doesn't work. Not sure why this is up there.

The location was great and the place was nice. It could use a fresh coat of paint though. I used the parking structure on 23rd st. The lot across the street is expensive and I almost got towed for running back in the apartment to get my phone literally was in there 10 minutes

The location was excellent and the apartment was as pictured. However, there were significant issues that impacted our stay:The walls are paper-thin - we could hear full conversations word-for-word from the neighboring unit, along with loud music at various times throughout the day and evening. This made it difficult to use the apartment during daytime hours. The pool was also too cold to use during our February stay.When we reported the noise issue to the host within 24 hours of arrival, they were dismissive, saying they had never had complaints about this and were surprised by our concerns. They said they would contact building management about the music but refused to address the conversation noise, calling it too complicated. They repeatedly told us to confront the neighbor ourselves. When we expressed concern about the thin walls being the core issue, the host became defensive and accused us of trying to suggest they were deliberately hiding something.We were able to manage by using a common area in the building for work/reading and wearing earplugs at night. If you're a light sleeper or planning to spend significant time in the unit, be aware of potential noise issues.The property works if you're just using it as a place to sleep and plan to be out most of the day.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend. The place is small, but clean and efficient and well-suited for a couple or family of three. The check-in process and communication went smoothly, and we appreciated there being beach equipment along with additional towels and linens as needed. There's also ample and relatively inexpensive parking in a public lot about a block away (just across a foot bridge and street). Thanks - we enjoted the stay in Miami Beach

Wonderful beach stay

I loved my stay at Bryans place. I love the art deco bluiding and the secluded pool and garden in back, yet just 2 blocks to the beach and less than 1 mile to the famous South Beach area. So many awesome experiences so close by, like the Botanical Gardens, the Bass Museum and the ballet. Also the awesome walking/running/ biking path along the beach

Great location

Room had everything we needed, bed was comfortable. Having beach chairs and umbrella a plus. Courtyard/pool area nice, used the grill a couple of times. Short walk to the beach and parking. Quiet neighborhood. Call box broken, had to message to find key. Entry lock on unit didn’t work properly. Had issues getting in initially and final departing.

Definitely staying here on next trip to South Beach

This apt is all you need for a perfect time in South Beach. Location is ideal to walk to the beach, Lincoln Road for shopping and restaurants, all in a quiet neighborhood. We took advantage of the pool and fitness room, and the local charm. The apt was super clean, equipped kitchen, and comfortable. We hope to stay here again on our yearly trip to Miami

Great place!

Location is just what we wanted, pool and gym are a great perk as well. Very communicative property manager and made sure to give detailed instruction on our check in with the key pad not working, went smoothly regardless. Would come back!We did see a few small bugs but likely just the fact that we were Florida, somewhat unavoidable.

Condescending Arrogance

Upon arrival we followed the check in instructions provided and due to an apparent bad connection, were unsuccesful. As we were about to try a second time, while standing in the pouring rain, a resident owner of 10 years, thankfully, let us in to the lobby area which has a desk and monitor. He mentioned landlord assisted guest parking passes are doable. Further, upon our arrival the two elevators were out of order, a frequent occurance. Hence we were compelled to wrestle our luggage up three flights of stairs. There were only one set of keys provided which caused a real nuisance. We informed our host accordingly, and to our dismay were given a diatrabe about how foolish to bring up items not on the ammenities list and why we did not attempt to check in a second time. As he does not live in Miami, there is no responsibility taken for any of it, was disclosed.In order to BBQ, be sure to bring your own briquettes and fuel. Really?

The property had roaches. I saw 6 on the first day. I left at 2:00 am because I woke up to one on my nightstand. The property has refused to issue a refund even though I only stayed 10 hours of a 7 day rental. VRBO hasn’t covered it so I’m now working through my credit card company to refund the $1500. Please beware of this property and the insulting owner.

Great experience

We spent a week in Miami Beach. We had the best time. The place was clean, organized, well equipped. The location was perfect to visit places around. So much light in the morning!! Amazing apartment. The curtains and blinds made a perfect ambient to sleep in. I highly recommend it. Thank youuuu!!

Very Cute Studio Apartment

Had a wonderful time staying here. Very cute space for a studio apartment, especially for the area that it’s located. Perfect location, close to most things to see and do in South Beach Area. The only thing my partner ran into was trouble getting into property. For sole odd reason we had trouble getting thru the main front door since it wouldn’t open or u lock after buzzing the property owner to let us in. Took someone staying there to let us in. Other than that, great place to stay.

Great time in Miami!

100% trustable! I booked in May and in August everything was as was told! The air-conditioning litle bit noisy and the filter led is on, but everything else is what you can see on the pictures. The laundry in the building was a great to us!

Fantastic location

We loved this little studio, it had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach and Ocean Drive was fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked-even had a blender for smoothies. The A/C was a dream and necessity with the crazy heat advisory happening in Miami. There were some beach chairs-which could be replaced and the beach towels were tiny but handy to have something. We liked the pool but really spent all our time in the ocean. It is exceptionally close to a citibike location to so we biked down the walk way to meet friends. I would highly recommend.
