"We were informed upon arrival there would be an additional daily fee of 135 plus tax that was not disclosed.The listing stated there were no additional fees.This property seems to be known to the front desk staff as a problem unit.We attempted to contact the owner but got no reply.The room is in poor shape. The plumbing has problems. The toilet barely flushes. There is a sign over toilet stating not to flush toilet paper. Not very hygienic. Also there are no extra trash bags for the trash can...

"Host was responsive, beds comfortable. Fantastic view and location. The unit is sparsely appointed, sofa uncomfortable, not enough amenities to cook a basic breakfast (no toaster, decent size pan, kitchen towel, napkins, salt/pepper, etc.) You must bring everything yourself. Damage to floors and the bathtub is damaged. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s a great price. If you want to enjoy time in the unit, this may not be the place. "

"The location is amazing. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, highway. However, pictures of the property are far different from the reality. The vents are full of dust that hasn't been cleaned in years, if not decades. The bathrooms... showers with cracked tiles. "Meget rent og moderne værelse. Dog til den lille side og ikke muligt at tænde lyset på toilettet uden at min datter blev forstyrret. Savnede også at kunne lave kaffe på værelset. Men fint poolområde og meget godt placeret for enden af den centrale shopping/restaurant gade på Miami beach. Tæt på busstoppested og Trader Joe’s."
