"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "

"Very charming and clean! We were so fortunate to find this inn. After looking for a place downtown that could accommodate us and our need for separated sleeping arrangements we had no luck. Our room was so comfortable and set up to give us the privacy needed. It was easy to get in touch with any questions we had."

"Roost Cleveland was fantastic! From the parking being super easy, staff being super at check in and the room itself, I’ll always look to stay at any Roost! This was our second one, the first being Baltimore, and Roost NEVER disappoints! Can’t wait for the one in DC to open!"

Evenings there is a free dinner, with snacks, 3 free alcholic beverages and a variety of food that was varied each night. Lovely hotel, charming, nice rooms, and great amenities. "Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great views and staff was excellent. Room rates were great and felt very secure. It would be nice to be on same floor with family as we booked two rooms together at the same time and we were two floors apart. A bit far from Bar district but Ubers were very accessible, "

"The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. "

"We loved how convenient this location is to the progressive ball park, 4th street for dinning and the Rock and Roll hall of fame was an easy 20 min. walk.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately but it looked clean and refreshing!

"I think you need a bigger valet space. Very convenient for activities. Staff were very friendly especially the man and woman bartenders. A lot of homeless people wanting money. Restaurants were only blocks away and were very good."

The room was beautiful but the air conditioning vents were super dirty and dusty and the cold air blew right into my face when it was on giving me a sore throat over...

Valet parking is $40. Self parking is $26 for 24 hours. We were just there for the night so it was $13 for us.
