"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "

"I thought the staff there were wonderful. The front desk was helpful and check in was easy. The breakfast/kick back staff were so friendly and attentive (also we love the kick back at the Drury's). The location was great for us and we had a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area."

"With all of the amenities provided, it was almost as convenient as being at home. I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out to be no problem at all. If anything, it was great that we could walk to so many restaurants nearby. We have another Cleveland trip in a couple of months, and we plan to stay here again. "

"I think you need a bigger valet space. Very convenient for activities. Staff were very friendly especially the man and woman bartenders. A lot of homeless people wanting money. Restaurants were only blocks away and were very good."

The building is very large inside but there isn't much in terms of shops on the inside. Staying here is an experience if you enjoy the smell of and the look of 200 year old architecture and character that you will not get from a modern structure. I actually have no complaints. I wouldn't return, but only because I prefer modern. I prayed about staying at...
